LOCATION - Lat 18°13'52", long 66°02'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Caguas Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 0.96 mi (1.54 km) southwest of Caguas plaza, 1.02 mi (1.64 km) northwest of Antonio S. Pedreira School, and 0.3 mi (0.48 km) southeast of State Road 156, km 59.1, Name: Piezometer CJ 19A, Caguas, PR.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 67 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 50 ft, bottom of last opening 65 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 262 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Shelter Floor On Top Of 4-IN casing, 3.48 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 5, 2003 to present; Inside shelter on top of 4 inches PVC pipe, 3.97 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 7, 2016 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 26, 1989 to current year.
GAGE - Monthly measurement with chalked tape.  From October 2016, water-stage recorder 60 minute interval, satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board and the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Observation well.
