LOCATION - Lat 18°23'01", long 66°25'52" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Vega Baja Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010002, 4.88 mi (7.85 km) southeast of Manatí plaza, 5.24 mi (8.43 km) southwest of Vega Baja plaza, and 2.25 mi (3.62 km) west of Evaristo Camacho School. Well is located inside dairy farm, in pasture across from milking parlor. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 574 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: HOLE ON SIDE ON CASING, 572.0 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 31, 1985 to Jan. 15, 1993; SHELTER FLOOR, 570.7 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jan. 14, 1993 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 19, 2010 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder 15 minute interval.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board and the US Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Water level affected by pumping of nearby well.
