LOCATION - Lat 18°25'28.1", long 66°13'55.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Toa Baja Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 2.61 mi (4.20 km) northeast of Toa Alta plaza and 2.73 mi (4.39 km) southwest of Sabana Seca US Naval Radio Station. Well is located inside fenced property of Indulac Dairy at the most Southwestern corner of property in a grass field next to some palm trees at 18° 25' 20.9496'' N 66° 13' 53.8716'' W. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 140 ft. Upper casing diameter 12 in; top of first opening 20 ft, bottom of last opening 140 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 20 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF SHELTER FLOOR, distance above measuring-point datum not defined, Aug. 6, 2001 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - One measurement on August 11, 1976. March 13 1985 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder 60 minute interval.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the US Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Water level affected by pumping nearby well.
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - October 1, 1989 to current year.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level recorded, 7.50 ft., below land-surface datum, September 21, 2017; lowest water level recorded, 18.40 ft., below land-surface datum, September 24, 1994.
