LOCATION - Lat 35°40'58.02", long 80°36'25.37" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Rowan County, NC, Hydrologic Unit 03040102, 0.75 mi south of Secondary Road 1526 on Piedmont Research Station road, 2.75 mi south of Barber.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 24 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 9 ft, bottom of last opening 19 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 676.1 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of well casing, 3.3 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 1, 1989 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1989 to current year. 
PRECIPITATION: April 1996 to current year, published as station number 354057080362645.
GAGE - Water-level recorder collecting data at 15-minute intervals. Satellite telemetry at station.
