  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

USGS Water-Year Summary 2023
365634093542701 Monett Well 16
LOCATION - Lat 36°56'34", long 93°54'27" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lawrence County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11070207,
REVISIONS HISTORY - November 15, 2012 to present, the water level recorder is a DCP with telemetry capability. The water level measuring device is a float and encoder installed November 15, 2012.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,430 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Undefined, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 31, 2012 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 15, 2012 to present.
GAGE - November 15, 2012 to present, the water level recorder is a DCP with telemetry capability. The water level measuring device is a float and encoder installed November 15, 2012.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR).
REMARKS - The record from 11/15/2012 to 10/08/2013 is good based on 7 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. This float at this gauge has a tendency to stick but live readings during this time were identified and deleted. This well may have a leaky casing which can be identified due to the sharp increase in water level and gradual decrease during and after large rain events. The record from 10/09/2013 to 12/09/2014 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/10/2014 to 04/24/2016 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Well appears to have a leaky casing and the hydrograph tends to spike upwards of 10 to 30 feet during periods of intense rain. During these spikes the hydrograph will not accurately reflect the true water level in the aquifer. The record form 04/25/2016 to 07/19/2016 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Well appears to have a leaky casing and the hydrograph tends to spike upwards of 10 to 30 feet during periods of intense rain. During these spikes the hydrograph will not accurately reflect the true water level in the aquifer. The record form 07/20/2017 to 07/11/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Well appears to have a leaky casing and the hydrograph tends to spike upwards of 10 to 30 feet during periods of intense rain. During these spikes the hydrograph will not accurately reflect the true water level in the aquifer.
