LOCATION - Lat 38°46'48", long 104°45'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in sec.03, T.15 S., R.66 W., El Paso County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020003, Lat 38°46'48", long 104°45'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.3, T.15 S., R.66 W., El Paso County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020003, in the Widefield Aquifer of the Fountain Creek Alluvium. Well location and description: Monitor well, diameter 2 inches, depth 89 feet, screened 69-89 feet. Well is in the town of Security, about three miles south of Colorado Springs, and is located to the west, across from the school bus yard, near the intersection of Academy Blvd. and Drennan Road. The measuring point for the well is on the top of PVC casing inside steel pipe, height 1.0 feet above land surface. Elevation of land surface is 5,860 feet above sea level, from gps.
