REVISIONS HISTORY -

5/3/2017 - Revised discrete water level measurement on 12/2/2016 at 0850 EST from 8.16 feet below land surface to 8.15 feet below land surface.

12/1/2019 - Modified the status of the continuous depth to water data series from Approved to Provisional to add a correction for the period from 5/29/2018 to 10/22/2018.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 60 ft. Upper casing diameter 16 in; top of first opening 30 ft, bottom of last opening 60 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 547.97 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: MPNT IS 3 NOTCHES IN TOP OF CASING ESTABLISHED BY IDNR, 2.95 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 17, 2016 to present; MPNT IS 3 NOTCHES IN TOP OF CASING ESTABLISHED BY IDNR, 550.92 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 17, 2016 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2016 to current.
GAGE - Water-level recorder.
REMARKS - Well was drilled as an irrigation well, because of sand production out of the well it was abandoned and a new well was made 8 ft east of this well. Well effected by pumping during the summer months from July to September. Water levels trends indicate connectivity to atmospheric conditions.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, -0.80 ft below land-surface datum, February 08, 2019; lowest, 16.21 ft below land-surface datum, September 01, 2022.
