  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 38°58'44.9", long 90°58'36.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.26, T.49 N., R.1 W., Lincoln County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 07110008,
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 527.92 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 533 ft NGVD29 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 527.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 3.1 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 12, 1946 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 19, 1980 to present.
GAGE - Stevens model A-35 chart recorder installed April 15, 1980. Stevens model 7001 digital recorder installed January 26, 1988. September 22, 2000 to March 14, 2007; DCP with telemetry capability and float driven encoder was installed as the water level recording and measuring devices. March 15, 2007 to present, the water level measuring device is a vented, submersible pressure transducer.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR); Record from December 19, 1980 to September 21, 2000 furnished by MDNR.
REMARKS -

Furnished record rated good (December 19, 1980 to August 28, 1991) because 47 water level measurements are available and are within 0.5 ft of the daily value measurement. This data has been archived by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and has been verified by USGS.

Furnished record rated fair (August 29, 1991 to September 21, 2000)because no water level measurements are available to verify daily values. This data has been archived by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and is not available for verification.

Data from 09/22/2000 to 09/30/2008 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (13 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. This record is considered fair.

Data from 10/01/2008 to 11/18/2009 is fair based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.3 ft. The pressure transducer has problems keeping it's calibration and frequent instrument drift is occurring.

Data from 11/19/2009 to 07/26/2010 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.5 ft.

Data from 07/27/2010 to 08/31/2011 is fair based on 7 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data. The record from 07/27/2010 to 10/27/2010 and 05/31/2011 to 08/31/2011 is accurate to +/- 0.5 ft. the record from 10/27/2010 to 05/31/2011 is accurate to +/- 1.0 ft.

Data from 08/31/2011 to 08/07/2012 is fair based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.5 ft. The reason for this is the potential for drift of the pressure transducer.

Data from 07/28/2012 to 08/08/2012 is accurate to +/- 2.0 ft due to the water level dropping under the pressure transducer for several days. The record from 08/08/2012 to 07/02/2013 is fair based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 2.00 ft. Pressure transducer is really drifting from visit to visit.

The record from 07/03/2013 to 01/20/2015 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10.ft. New Pressure transducer installed 07/08/2014.

The record from 01/21/2015 to 07/12/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10.ft.

The record from 07/13/2016 to 11/15/2016 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10.ft.

The record from 11/16/2016 to 07/26/2017 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft.

The record from 07/27/2017 to 01/30/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

The record from 01/31/2018 to 08/21/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

The record from 08/22/2018 to 02/26/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

The record from 02/27/2019 to 09/10/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.
