REMARKS -

.--The record from 06/18/2013 to 01/01/2015 is fair based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 1.00 ft. Gage started out with a float/encoder but changed to a pressure transducer. Well is a new site so it may not be straight or has a lot of scale in it which was a problem with float. Transducer seemed to drift over time also.

The record from 01/02/2015 to 07/12/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 07/13/2016 to 11/15/2016 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 11/16/2016 to 07/26/2017 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. It appears that near by pumping may have impacted the water level on 04/05/2017 and 07/18/2017, as there was a rapid change in water level on those dates. The record from 07/26/2017 to 01/30/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 01/31/2018 to 08/21/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 08/22/2018 to 02/26/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 02/27/2019 to 03/25/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 03/26/2019 to 09/10/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

All further remarks can be found in RMS as of 09/11/2019.
