LOCATION - Lat 40°05'32", long 86°18'39" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.16, T.19 N., R.2 E., Boone County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 05120201, on west side of U.S. Hwy 421, 0.6 mi north of Waugh.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 171.8 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 166.8 ft, bottom of last opening 171.8 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 956.5 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: MARK ON TOP OF CASING, 3.5 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 22, 1986 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1986 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder.
REMARKS - Water level may be affected by pumpage.
