LOCATION - Lat 40°43'31", long 85°06'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.12, T.26 N., R.12 E., Wells County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 05120101, 3.5 mi southeast of Bluffton on Hwy 201 through entrance of Quabache State Park.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Land-surface datum was previously reported as 826.04 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. This datum was revised on Sept. 29, 2022. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 79 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 46 ft, bottom of last opening 79 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 827.35 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of floor of shelter, 2.35 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 1, 1982 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - January 1967 to August 1971. September 1971 to December 1981 (semi-annual tape-down readings only). January 1982 to current year.
