LOCATION - Lat 41°09'17", long 87°28'58" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.08, T.31 N., R.9 W., Newton County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 07120001,
REVISIONS HISTORY - Water levels between 2/16/18 and 7/24/18 have been revised due to out-of-range operating conditions for the water level recorder. Water levels in the well dropped below the transducer depth on 7/20/18, resulting in erroneous measurements and a subsequent invalid correction. Current adjustments have shifted water levels up to a maximum of 0.80 ft.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 150 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 82 ft, bottom of last opening 150 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 636 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 3.3 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 12, 1985 to present. ADR, Land-surface datum is 636.62 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
