LOCATION - Lat 41°42'02", long 86°03'50" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.33, T.3 8., R.4 E., St. Joseph County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 04050001, 650 feet west of Ash Road (Co Rd 219), 1,400 feet south of Dunn Road, 1.25 miles north of St Joseph River on Ash Rd. (Co. Rd. 219)and 2.2 miles south of Indiana Toll Road on Ash Rd. (Co. Rd. 219).
REVISIONS HISTORY - The approved inspection on 02/02/2017 @ 0843 EST was found in error. The correct date of the inspection is 02/01/2017 @ 0843.
