LOCATION - Lat 42°08'25.09", long 123°04'01.95" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.33, T.39 S., R.3 W., Jackson County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 17100309, 1 mi north of McKee Bridge at 7774 Upper Applegate Rd.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 260 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 38 ft, bottom of last opening 260 ft. Drilled domestic well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,625.38 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 27, 1987 to present; Top of cap, remove bolt on south side of well, 1.1 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 7, 1989 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1987, June 1989 to June 1995, April 1999 to August 2017 (periodic measurements only); September 2017 to current year.
GAGE - Periodic measurements with chalked steel tape by USGS personnel from June 1989 to August 1995, from April 1999 to July 2005, and since September 2007; periodic measurements with coaxial electric tape by USGS personnel October 2005 to September 2007. Recorder by USGS September 2017 to current year.
REMARKS - Used. State well identification JACK 18427. Entire record from June 1987 to July 1999 published in the 1999 Water Data Report (WDR-OR-99-1).
