LOCATION - Lat 64°54'34.42", long 147°38'59.97" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.13, T.1 N., R.1 W., Fairbanks North Star Borough, AK, Hydrologic Unit 19080306, (Fairbanks D-2 NE quad), Fairbanks Meridian, in road right-of-way at 2.3 mi McGrath Road, off Farmers' Loop Road near Fairbanks.
