GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 566.67 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of Recorder shelf, 2.5 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 12, 2008, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 13, 2008 to present.
GAGE - March 12, 2008 to present; DCP with telemetry capability. The water level measuring device is a vented, submersible pressure transducer. Unit values begin on March 13, 2008.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR).
REMARKS - Because this well is drilled into the base of the Missouri River alluvium, water levels in the well can extend above land surface when the Missouri River is at a high stage. The levee system keeps the river out of the alluvium to prevent flooding, but the water level in the well can be up in the casing above land surface. Data from March 13, 2008 to May 03, 2010 good based on 10 water level measurements made during this period to verify recorded water levels. The record from 05/03/2010 to 11/02/2010 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/02/2010 to 11/07/2011 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/07/2011 to 10/28/2012 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 10/28/2012 to 08/05/2013 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 08/06/2013 to 01/26/2015 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.
