REVISIONS HISTORY - The data from 03/29/2001 to 01/12/2010 was modified after it was previously set to 'Approved'. It was discovered that a measuring point height correction of 0.5 ft was needed for the period but was not previously applied.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 787 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Undefined, 0.5 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 30, 2001 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 30, 2001 to present.
GAGE - March 30, 2001 to present; DCP with telemetry capability is the recording device; and float and encoder was installed as the water level measuring device. DCP is in the State Park maintenance shed about 50 ft from well.
