Updated June 5, 2020 - USGS water-resources monitoring activities have been suspended at the following sites:
  • 12323600 Silver Bow Creek at Opportunity, Montana (POR: 31 years)
  • 12323750 Silver Bow Creek at Warm Springs, Montana (POR: 35 years)

Updated May 12, 2020 - USGS water-resources monitoring activities were suspended effective June 1, 2020 at the following site:
  • 06088500 Muddy Creek near Vaughn, Montana (POR: 82 years)
USGS monitoring activities at these sites were funded by partner entities and USGS Cooperative Matching Funds (06088500). Lack of partner funding for these sites resulted in suspension of all USGS monitoring activities. Efforts are ongoing to secure funding for future monitoring. Historical data will continue to be available from USGS.
