DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,127.8 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing, 3.0 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 21, 2009 to Nov. 22, 2011; top of casing 2.8, 2.8 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 22, 2011 to Jan. 19, 2017; Well protector and concrete pad settling preventing closure of protector, casing trimmed, pictures taken.
