DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 39.6 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of steel flange, 1.88 ft below land-surface datum, 37.72 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 5, 1974 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 1974 to current year.
