LOCATION--Lat 42o25'10", long 71o39'58", Worcester County, Hydrologic Unit 01070004, on right bank at Water Street bridge, about 2.5 mi downstream from Wachusett Reservoir Dam at Clinton.
DRAINAGE AREA--110 mi2.

WATER-DISCHARGE RECORDS

PERIOD OF RECORD--June 24, 2011 to current year. On Nov. 1, 2011 station 01095505 located 1.5 miles downstream from the Water Street gage, was discontinued; Period of record June 14, 2007 to Nov 1, 2011. Station 01095503 replaces 01095505.
GAGE--Data Collection Platform with satellite telemeter. Datum of gage is 250 ft above NAVD 1988, estimated from digital map. Prior to May 13, 2020, datum of gage reported as 310 ft above NGVD 1929, estimated from topographic map.
REMARKS--Flow regulated by releases from Wachusett Reservoir.

PERIOD OF RECORD--December 2012 to present.
INSTRUMENTATION--Water temperature monitor.

This gage is monitored in cooperation with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Division of Water Supply Protection, Office of Watershed Management, with funding from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority .
