73°54'15.5" referenced to North American Datum of
1983, Westchester County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030101, on left
bank 500ft upstream of Water Grant Street, 4.2 mi upstream of
Halem River and 6.4 mil upstream of the George Washington
Bridge on Interstate 95, in Yonkers, New York.
