LOCATION.--Lat 39°13'24.2", long 77°18'44.1", referenced to North American Datum of 1983,
   Montgomery County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02070008, on left bank 1.3 mi upstream from Little Seneca 
   Lake, and 2 mi north of Boyds, MD.
DRAINAGE AREA.--3.37 mi2, from automated delineation using 30-meter National Elevation Dataset 
   digital elevation model data, dated 2011. 
PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 2013 to current year. Prior to February 14 2018, published as 
   TEN MILE CREEK NEAR CLARKSBURG, MD.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 426.05 ft 
   above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
REMARKS.--U.S. Geological Survey satellite data-collection platform at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,860 ft³/s, July 30, 2016, gage height, 8.27 ft;
   minimum discharge, 0.05 ft³/s, July 21-22, 2017. 
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the
   Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection. 
This station managed by the MD-DE-DC Water Science Center Frostburg office.
