LOCATION - Lat 44°28'20", long 69°41'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Kennebec County, ME, Hydrologic Unit 01030003, on right bank at North Sidney, and 5.3 mi downstream from Sebasticook River.
DRAINAGE AREA - 5,403 mi².

Records for October 1993 to September 2000 at site 4 mi upstream, published as "near Waterville" (station 01049205), are not equivalent because of regulated inflow from Messalonskee stream, except for discharges above 25,000 ft³/s.
