DRAINAGE AREA - 2,644 mi².

Flow regulated by power plants, by First Connecticut and Second Connecticut Lakes, Lake Francis, Moore and Comerford Reservoirs, and other reservoirs. These reservoirs have a combined capacity of about l4.8 billion ft³.
