LOCATION - Lat 39°29'22.0", long 76°54'10.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Carroll County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060003, on downstream center line of bridge pier on Hughes Road, 0.25 mi northwest of intersection of Hughes Road and Maryland Route 91, and 0.75 mi southwest of Finksburg.
