LOCATION - Lat 34°12'01", long 83°30'57.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Jackson County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03070101, 0.2 miles downstream Gravelly Creek, 3.4 miles west of Commerce, GA.
DRAINAGE AREA - 99.3 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD -
DISCHARGE: November 2009 to current year.
GAGE HEIGHT: November 2009 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 690.6 feet above North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988 (from topographic map).
COOPERATION - City of Jefferson, GA.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. Discharge records are generally fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
