SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD -
DISCHARGE: May 1981 to September 1997; July 2010 to December 2017.
GAGE HEIGHT: July 2010 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder and a rain gage tipping bucket. Datum of gage is 758.88 feet above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929.
COOPERATION - USGS National Streamflow Information Program (NSIP).

EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of March 4, 1979, reached a stage of 21.1 feet from floodmarks, discharge, 16,500 cfs from rating curve extended above 4,500 cfs on basis of contracted-opening and flow-over-road computation of peak flow.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge recorded, 7,910 cfs, March 16, 1990; maximum gage height recorded, 18.36 feet, March 16, 1990; minimum daily discharge, 7.6 cfs (estimated), November 17, 2016.
