LOCATION - Lat 40°57'17.59", long 79°32'49.85" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Armstrong County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 05010006, On downstream river wall of Allegheny River Lock and Dam number 9, 4.5 miles from East Brady,  4.17 miles east of Widnoon, and 5.3 miles northwest from Templeton, PA. 
DRAINAGE AREA - 8389.00 mi²
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2017 to current year.
GAGE - Water stage recorder and reference staff gage. Datum of gage is 790.58 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 from NGS benchmark.  Prior to April 6, 2023, the datum of gage was reported as 791.20 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
COOPERATION - Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Pittsburgh District.
