Flood flow regulated by Lockington retarding basin on Loramie Creek 15.5 mi upstream. Low and medium flow slightly regulated by Indian Lake, 53.5 mi upstream from station, and by Lake Loramie 36.6 mi upstream from station on Loramie Creek; combined capacity, 58,900 acre-ft. Recharge to the City of Troy wellfield is largely induced infiltration from the Great Miami River. Groundwater pumpage upstream from the station is returned to the river as treated wastewater 1 mi downstream from the station and could affect low flow.
