LOCATION - Lat 43°20'50", long 85°56'22" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.14, T.11 N., R.14 W., Newaygo County, MI, Hydrologic Unit 04060102, on left downstream side of bridge on Warner Ave in Bridgeton.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,460 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1978 to September 1984 (operated as a partial record crest-stage gage), March 2017 to September 2020, October 2020 to current year (discharge above 12.0 ft gage datum only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 598.12 ft above NAVD88.
REMARKS - Flow regulated by powerplants upstream from station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 10,600 ft³/s, Feb. 21, 2018, gage height, 16.82 ft.
