LOCATION - Lat 42°15'53", long 83°41'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.35, T.2 S., R.6 E., Washtenaw County, MI, Hydrologic Unit 04090005, on right bank 250 ft upstream from bridge on Chalmers Drive in Ann Arbor.
DRAINAGE AREA - 10.9 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water years 1974-75 (operated as a crest-stage partial-record station), April 1999 to current year. Prior to April 1999, published as Pittsfield-Ann Arbor Drain at Ann Arbor.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 746.82 ft above NAVD 88.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 1,950 ft³/s, June 6, 2010, gage height, 11.74 ft, from rating curve extended above 300 ft³/s on basis of contracted-opening measurement of peak flow; minimum discharge, 0.58 ft³/s, Aug. 4, 2007.
