LOCATION - Lat 42°22'07.08", long 89°03'26.14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.18, T.45 N., R.2 E., Winnebago County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07090005, at bridge on Latham Road/Ralston Road, 0.75 mi upstream from Willow Creek, 3.1 mi downstream from McDonald Creek, 9 mi upstream of Rockford (Fordham) Dam, and at mile 146.1.
DRAINAGE AREA - 6,476 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Datum of gage is 698.74 ft NAVD88 as determined by levels from U.S. Coastal & Geodetic Survey Benchmark. Water years 2002 to 2019, datum incorrectly published as 700.00 ft above NGVD of 1929 (699.81 ft NAVD 1988).
