LOCATION - Lat 45°30'24.89", long 112°19'51.20" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.10, T.4 S., R.6 W., Madison County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10020003, on right bank 50 ft. downstream from county bridge, 1.2 mi upstream from mouth, and 2.6 mi South of Twin Bridges.
DRAINAGE AREA - 970 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Water Data Report MT-08: drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August to October 1940, July 1941 to June 1943, July 1946 to September 1965, July 1979 to September 1981; July 2008 to current year (seasonal record only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,670 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
REMARKS - Diversions for irrigation occur above the station. Flow slightly regulated by Ruby River Reservoir.
