LOCATION - Lat 39°38'26.55", long 105°09'33.66" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.005, T.5 S., R.6 9., Jefferson County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 10190002, on left bank 94 ft upstream of bridge, 0.5 mi east of intersection of Highway 285 and Soda Creek Lake Road, 1.5 mi upstream from mouth and 1.9 mi east of Morrison.
DRAINAGE AREA - 50.6 mi².  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1986 to September 1989, March 2019 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and a crest-stage gage, cobble-boulder control. Datum of gage 5,654 ft above NAVD of 1988, from digital map. Elevation of gage 5,673 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. Prior to March 7, 2019, gage was located at different datum 50 ft downstream. 
REMARKS - Water year 2019; no estimated daily discharges. Records fair. Water year 2020; records fair except estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2021; records fair except estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2022; records fair except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2023; records fair except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Natural flow of stream affected by Harriman Canal. Several observations of specific conductance and water temperature were obtained and are published elsewhere in the U.S.G.S. Water Resources Data Reports, Volume 1 (1986-1989).
