LOCATION - Lat 36°59'29.0", long 91°00'48.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.25, T.27 N., R.1 W., Carter County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11010008, near center of channel on downstream side of bridge pier on U.S. Highway 60 in Van Buren, 0.4 mi downstream from Pike Creek, 4.7 mi upstream from Big Creek, and at mile 90.4.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,667 mi².

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of Mar 26, 1904, reached a stage of 29.0 ft, present datum, from floodmarks.
