LOCATION - Lat 38°39'08", long 106°03'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.23, T.51 N., R.8 E., Chaffee County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020001, on right bank 300 ft upstream from end of Chaffee County Road 194 in Browns Canyon, 3.7 mi downstream from Browns Creek, 6.7 mi south of Nathrop, and 9 mi north of Salida.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,055 mi².
