LOCATION - Lat 38°49'21", long 104°53'17" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.21, T.14 S., R.67 W., El Paso County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020003, on left bank 30 ft east of 26th Street, 0.6 mi southwest of Bear Creek Nature Center, 3.4 mi upstream from mouth, and 3.5 mi west of courthouse in Colorado Springs.
DRAINAGE AREA - 6.89 mi².

GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry. Elevation of gage is 6,520 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. Prior to Sept. 13, 2013, at datum 4.00 ft higher. Prior to July 16, 2015, at site 400 ft downstream at datum 4.00 ft lower.
