LOCATION - Lat 35°28'13", long 101°52'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Potter County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 11090105, at downstream side of northbound bridge on U.S. Highways 87 and 287, 1,800 ft downstream from Pitcher Creek, 1.4 mi downstream from East Amarillo Creek, 1.7 mi downstream from Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway Co. bridge, 19 mi north of Amarillo, and 537.7 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 19,445 mi² of which 4,069 mi² probably is noncontributing.
