LOCATION - Lat 31°16'21.94", long 100°30'15.19" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Tom Green County, TX, Hydrologic Unit 12090102, on right bank 0.97 mi above Gardner Dam, 3.3 mi above Twin Buttes Dam; by road, ca. 8.4 mi south of Mathis Field Airport, and ca. 17.7 mi south of downtown San Angelo.
DRAINAGE AREA - 446 mi².  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 30, 2015 to current year, discharges less than 35 ft³/s.
GAGE - Water stage recorder and satellite telemeter at station. Datum of the gage is 1921.32 ft. (NAVD of 1988).
COOPERATION - This gage is funded by the City of San Angelo, Texas.
REMARKS - Flow is affected to an unknown degree by diversions to the South Concho Irrigation Company canal 7.0 river miles upstream from station. Some records listed in the period of record may not be available electronically.
