DRAINAGE AREA - 26,230 mi² of which 4,130 mi² probably is noncontributing.  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Aug. 2016 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,563.91 feet above NAVD88. Satellite telemeter at station.
COOPERATION - Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
REMARKS - Flow largely regulated by storage in Red Bluff Reservoir, which has a capacity of 307,000 acre-ft, and by other reservoirs in New Mexico.
