LOCATION - Lat 39°38'58", long 106°57'11" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.05, T.5 S., R.85 W., Eagle County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010003, on right bank 20 ft downstream from bridge on U.S. Highways 6 and 24 at Gypsum, and 150 ft downstream from Gypsum Creek.

DRAINAGE AREA - 945 mi².
