LOCATION - Lat 40°07'38", long 110°44'28" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.13, T.4 S., R.8 W., Duchesne County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 14060004, approximately 6 miles south-southeast of U.S. 40 on the Strawberry Pinnacles road.
DRAINAGE AREA - 362 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Due to a datum correction of -0.02 feet found Aug 6, 2020, gage heights associated with measurements 220 and 221 were reduced 0.02 ft (from 1.90 to 1.88 ft and from 1.85 to 1.83 ft, respectively).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1989 to September 1994, October 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage.  Datum of gage is 6,051.95 ft. above NAVD of 1988 from a Level II GNSS survey conducted on July 20, 2023. 
COOPERATION - Gage-height record Oct 1, 1989 to Feb 7, 1990 provided by Bureau of Reclamation.
REMARKS - Records are generally good except for estimated values, which are poor. Flow is regulated by Strawberry Reservoir (capacity 1,106,500 acre-feet) at Soldier Creek Dam.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 1,770 ft³/s (estimated), Aug 23, 2018, gage height, 8.03 ft, from flood mark; minimum daily discharge, 13.6 ft³/s, Dec 5, 2020.
