LOCATION - Lat 37°06'27", long 111°54'19" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.04, T.42 S., R.1 W., Kane County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 14070007, on downstream side of U.S. Highway 89 bridge pier, 7.4 miles north of Utah-Arizona border, 31.0 miles northwest of Page, AZ, and 44.0 miles east of Kanab.
DRAINAGE AREA - 647 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Annual maximums, water years 1959-73. August 2002 to January 2006, August 2, 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 4,348.60 ft. above NAVD of 1988 from Vertical Order I NGS BM; D 139, (PID HN0525) on March 22, 2021.
