Prior to Sept.10, 2003, at site approximately 1 mi downstream, at datum 2 ft higher. Period Sept. 10, 2003 to Feb. 8, 2012, 160 ft upstream, at datum 1.0 ft higher. Period Feb. 8, 2012 to Jul. 8, 2012 at site 190 ft downstream, at same datum.
