09471310 HUACHUCA CANYON NEAR FORT HUACHUCA, AZ
LOCATION - Lat 31°31'05", long 110°23'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.14, T.22 S., R.19 E., Cochise County, AZ, Hydrologic Unit 15050202, on right bank in Fort Huachuca (U.S. Army) Military Reservation, 1.9 mi north of Huachuca Peak, 9.5 mi above confluence with the Babocomari River. (unsurveyed).
DRAINAGE AREA - 4.07 mi². 4.10 mi²
REVISIONS HISTORY - The mean gage height for discharge measurement #169 was revised from 2.50 to 2.49 based on primary reference reads acquired before and after the measurement.  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, Crest Stage gage, and concrete control with 90-degree V-notch weir. Elevation of gage is 5,600 ft above sea level from topographic map.
REMARKS - Records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 98 ft³/s Oct. 23, 2000, minimum discharge, no flow at times in some years.
