LOCATION - Lat 31°37'55.25", long 110°24'07.37" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.03, T.21 S., R.19 E., Cochise County, AZ, Hydrologic Unit 15050202, San Ignacio del Babocomari Land Grant, approximately 5.3 mi west of Huachuca City, on the left bank, approximately 18.1 mi from the confluence with the San Pedro River.(unsurveyed).
DRAINAGE AREA - 157.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 4,395.82 ft above NAVD of 1988.
REMARKS - Records fair except for discharges above 20 ft³/s and estimated values, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 10,100 ft³/s July 27, 2006 at 0700, gage height, 13.14 ft. on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow. Minimum daily discharge, no flow at times in most years.
