LOCATION - Lat 33°49'40", long 110°51'20" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 sec.30, T.6 N., R.15 E., Gila County, AZ, Hydrologic Unit 15060103, (unsurveyed) in Tonto National Forest, on right bank 0.2 mi upstream from Devils Chasm, 13 mi upstream from mouth, and 30 mi north of Globe.
DRAINAGE AREA - 200 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1965 to current year (monthly discharge only Feb. to Sept. 1979).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,200 ft above sea level, from topographic map. Prior to Jan. 17, 1979, at site 125 ft downstream at datum 2.95 ft lower.
REMARKS - Records good, except for estimated days which are rated poor.
