- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

LOCATION - Lat 33°45'36", long 116°32'57" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.03, T.5 S., R.4 E., Riverside County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18100201, on left bank, at U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs Diversion Dam, 1.1 mi upstream from mouth, and 5.1 mi south of Palm Springs.
DRAINAGE AREA - 8.65 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR CA-88-1: Drainage area. WDR CA-91-1: 1986 (instantaneous maximum discharge), 1988 (instantaneous maximum discharge).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1948 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and concrete control. Datum of gage is 830.74 feet above NAVD of 1988. Prior to Mar. 25, 1949, reference point at same site at different datum.
REMARKS - No regulation upstream from station. One small diversion for domestic use about 1 mi upstream from station. See schematic diagram of Salton Sea Basin available from the California Water Science Center.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 1,960 ft³/s, Aug. 31, 1954, gage height, 7.11 ft, from rating curve extended above 80 ft³/s, on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow; no flow at times in some years.
