LOCATION - Lat 39°06'48", long 119°47'50" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.01, T.14 N., R.19 E., Douglas County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 16050201, on left bank, 3 mi upstream from mouth, and 3.5 mi southwest of Carson City.
DRAINAGE AREA - 15.5 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Mar. 1948 to Sep. 1962, occasional low-flow measurements, water years 1963-1988, and annual maximum, water years 1963-1981, Jan. 1989 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and sharp crested weir. Elevation of gage is 5,000 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map.
